Human based and professional translation. Choose the speed of your translation by choosing Regular, Priority, Express or Urgent. Prices may vary according to word count, text complexity and formatting. Translations longer than 4 pages can be considered for special prices. The value per page is defined by 250 words or less. We accept Paypal, Venmo, or bank transfer. You can pay 50% when you hire the service and the remaining 50% when the translation is ready. Deadlines start counting from initial deposit (50%) and verbal or written agreement.

Our Regular service starts at $35.00/page. It takes about 48 to 72 hours on average.

Our Priority service is perfect for people who need their translations the next day. It takes about 10 to 24 hours on average. Its initial fee is $ 45.00 per page.

Our Express service is for those who need the same day translation (if requested by 10:00 a.m.), with initial fee of $ 70.00 per page.

Our Urgent service takes only a few hours and is the fastest service available for $ 95/page.
The aforementioned rates and response times apply mainly to small and medium size orders. Orders with a considerable amount of content or number of pages can be assigned different rates and response times in relation to their size and other factors, such as complexity of content for example.
Note: While we try our best to exceed your expectations, certain documents may take longer to process. If we are unable to process your order as specified at the times mentioned, we will inform you of the approximate completion time by email or phone.

Shipping:
If you choose to receive the original translation by mail, we have different delivery options. We choose to use USPS (United States Postal Services), unless we are asked to use FEDEX or UPS.
- Regular Mail (included in the price if sent within the USA in regular envelope);
- Priority Mail (delivery 2-3 days after mailed); $ 7
- Express Mail (1-2 days after mailed); $ 30
Notarization:
Unlike Brazil, in the United States, a notarization does not serve as a document certification, but simply as a signature verification. In the case of a notarized translation, you would be basically authenticating the signature of the translator in the certification. Public Notaries charge about $ 15 in the state of California, and the use of notarizations for translation is unnecessary, taking into account that you are hiring a company with a good reputation and able to certify their own translations free of extra charges.
